A one-day outdoor first aid course for climbers, paddlers, hill walkers and anyone working on a highland estate. This is a practical course with lots of outdoor scenarios and focuses on realistic first-aid techniques rather than theory. Please bring clothes that you don’t mind getting wet and muddy as outdoor accidents don’t happen on carpets.
